Directions From Winston-Salem using city roads

From Wake Forest University Area – Turn left onto Polo Road out of the University. Go approx. 6 miles and cross over Reynolda Road. When you come to the Peacehaven Road intersection make a left (going the opposite direction from Mount Tabor High School).  Go approx. 15 miles. (You will cross over Robinhood Road, Country Club Road, and the bridge over 421).
Turn left onto Lewisville Clemmons Road. Turn Right into Clemmons Town Center (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance). Take the first left and you will see our office.

From Jonetsown Road-   Take Jonestown Road to Country Club Road. Turn left onto Country Club Road. Go approx. 1 mile. Turn left onto Peacehaven Road. Go approx. 12 miles. Turn left onto Lewisville Clemmons Road. Turn Right into Town Center Vision (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance). Take the first left and you will see our office.

From Country Club Road-   Take Country Club Road until it intersects with Peacehaven Road (Calvary Baptist Church will be on the corner). Turn left onto Peacehaven Road. Take Peacehaven Road until it dead ends into Lewisville Clemmons Road (you will cross over the 421 bridge).  Turn left onto Lewisville Clemmons Road. Turn right into Town Center Vision (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance). Take the first left and you will see our office.

From the South (vicinity of Lexington) - take US 52 north to I-40 West (towards Statesville).  Take exit 184 (Lewisville Clemmons Road).  Take a right at the light on the end of the ramp. Go 1/10 miles to Clemmons Town Center on the left (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance).  Take left into Clemmons Town Center.  Take the first left and you will see our office.

From Winston-Salem using major freeways – Take Business 40 West or I-40 West (towards Statesville) until they merge, then continue on I-40 west. Take exit 184 (Lewisville Clemmons Road).  Take a right at the light on the end of the ramp. Go 1/10 miles to Clemmons Town Center on the left (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance).  Take left into Clemmons Town Center.  Take the first left and you will see our office.

From Tanglewood Area- Take 158 East to Harper Road. Turn left onto Harper Road. Turn right onto S. Peacehaven Road. Go past the YMCA. Turn right onto Lewisville Clemmons Road. Turn right into Town Center Vision (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance). Take the first left and you will see our office.

From the North and Northwest (vicinity of Mount Airy) – take US 52 south to I-40 West (towards Statesville).  Take exit 184 (Lewisville Clemmons Road).  Take a right at the light on the end of the ramp. Go 1/10 miles to Clemmons Town Center on the left (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance).  Take left into Clemmons Town Center.  Take the first left and you will see our office.

From the Northeast (vicinity of Walkertown) – take US 158 West to Business 40 West.  Merge onto Business 40 West/ US 421 N (towards Statesville).  Take exit 184 (Lewisville Clemmons Road).  Take a right at the light on the end of the ramp. Go 1/10 miles to Clemmons Town Center on the left (you will see Panera Bread at the entrance).  Take left into Clemmons Town Center.  Take the first left and you will see our office.
